I have raised four children, each with challenges that stretched me in different ways. My oldest carried a fire that could explode without warning. My second lived in the shadow of a bigger, stronger brother. My daughter fought to find her identity in a house full of teenage boys. My youngest struggled to discover his voice among three older siblings. Parenting them required wisdom I did not yet have and a mindset I had not consciously and purposefully built.

During a family week at camp, everything changed. I used the precursor to this mentorship and together we identified the limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional weights holding us back. We cleared them as a family, and the shift was immediate. The transformation was real, but I had not yet created the habits and rituals that now anchor this mentorship. I built them privately, and that became one of my greatest lessons as a father.

The next few years brought storms of every kind. Turmoil spread through the school district where my children and my wife both spent their days. She had been part of that community for nearly her entire life. The emotional strain increased as the culture shifted and the pressure grew heavier. Covid arrived and amplified every stress already in motion. A cancer diagnosis followed that none of us expected, and on July 22, 2022, my wife went home to be with the Lord. The habits and mindset work I had built before those storms became the lifeline that carried me and my children through those dark months.

In December of that year, God revealed something unmistakable. My youngest son was cut from his university baseball team only three months after losing his mother. His response showed strength beyond his years. That same month, a former student told me she survived the loss of her brother and grandmother by falling back on the foundation we built years earlier. Those two moments confirmed what I now teach every family who enters this mentorship: mindset determines how you survive life’s storms.

This mentorship isn’t theory — it is a structured, step-by-step process built from decades of real experience with teens, parents, and families. Every lesson, question, and assignment is designed to shift mindset filters, strengthen emotional resilience, and bring clarity to the decisions that shape your teen’s future. Parents and teens walk through the same process side by side, creating unity, shared language, and accelerated growth inside your home.

Transformation doesn’t happen alone. With weekly cohort meetings, your family receives ongoing mentoring, real-time problem-solving, and support during the everyday pressures and unexpected storms that families face. Whether it’s anxiety, motivation, friendships, identity struggles, or emotional overwhelm, you won’t be navigating these moments in isolation. The mentorship gives you a safe, structured environment where breakthroughs become normal.

Families enrolled in the mentorship are united by a shared mission: to build responsibility, character, confidence, faith, and emotional strength. In your cohort, you will grow alongside families committed to the same values and goals. This synergy amplifies learning, deepens accountability, and creates friendships and support systems that extend far beyond the mentorship. No family succeeds alone — this community is part of what makes lasting transformation possible.

This is not an enrollment page — it’s an invitation to apply. Only families whose values, goals, and readiness align with the mentorship are considered.
There is no tuition displayed here because fit comes first. I speak personally with every accepted family before extending an offer.
The investment is less than one year of state university tuition — for two full years of whole-family transformation. Emotional resilience, identity formation, leadership, faith, and family culture become the foundation your children carry for life.
Monthly cohorts are capped at five families. Some months only one is selected; in months with high demand, aligned applicants are prioritized for the following cohort.
Limited scholarships are available for families who are deeply aligned but facing financial need. No one is accepted solely based on ability to pay.
If your family is invited, you will enter a structured, two-year journey designed to strengthen your home, your relationships, your emotional climate, and your legacy.
I personally review each application to determine alignment—your goals, values, readiness, and ability to commit to the process. Only up to five families are selected each month. If more than five qualify, aligned families are prioritized for the following cohort.
You’ll complete lessons independently at your own pace, and we meet weekly for 46 sessions each year. These gatherings include a short teaching and real-life application. If deeper issues arise, you can schedule up to two private 1-hour sessions with me each month.
Therapy looks backward. This mentorship looks forward.
You’ll focus on identity, faith, emotional mastery, mindset, habits, leadership, communication, and family alignment. It is structured, faith-aligned, solution-oriented, and designed to create lasting change across your entire home.
